Cancellation: If you cancel your booking within 12 hours of order. 

Technical Errors: If a technical issue on our platform prevented you from accessing or using the service properly.
Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

You requested a refund outside of the eligible timeframe.

Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation, 
We give 7 days exchange and 3-Months warranty of our products.

Products or services that have already been completed or Delivered.

Services where the cancellation or refund window has passed.

Any products or services marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable" during the purchase process.
