Each of our watches is meticulously crafted on a made-to-order basis to ensure the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, our current dispatch timeline is 7–8 working days.

Our team is committed to processing and shipping every order as promptly as possible while maintaining our quality standards. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping:

• Shipping: We offer expedited shipping across India through trusted courier partners BLUEDART, DTDC and Delhivery. All orders are processed promptly to ensure quick and secure delivery to your doorstep.

Return:

• Returns & Exchanges: Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, valid for exchange only. The item must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear or damage.

Warranty:

• Every watch purchased from us comes with a 3-month warranty, covering functional issues not caused by misuse or accidental damage.
