Nine steps between a dead watch and your wrist.

Most of what arrives here does not run. That is the point — a seized movement is honest, and it tells us exactly what the last fifty years did to it.

  1. Sourced & graded

    Bought in lots from Japan, the Gulf and the domestic market. Anything beyond saving is stripped for donor parts.

  2. Movement stripped and cleaned

    Ultrasonic bath, fresh oils, new mainspring where the old one has set.

  3. Case & crystal

    Light hand-polish only. We never re-cut a case — losing the bevels loses the watch.

  4. Dial decision

    Original dial stays original. We would rather sell honest patina than a redial pretending to be new.

  5. Timing run

    Every watch runs on the bench before it is listed, and the daily rate is checked against the description.
