Case & crystal. Hand-polished only — we never re-cut a case.
Timed & worn. Run on the bench before listing, so the rate in the description is the rate we measured.

Shipping. All orders are dispatched via Blue Dart Express, fully insured and trackable. Flat ₹120 shipping on every order.

Returns & exchange. Return any watch within seven days of delivery for an exchange. No restocking fee. Straps and worn accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Six months on the movement from the date of delivery, covering anything that is our service's fault. It does not cover water ingress, drops, or a crystal cracked in a doorway — these are fifty-year-old watches and they are not sports equipment.
